Calendly bills $10–16 per seat, per month. Invite your entire team to 42min and the price stays exactly $0.
Where Calendly is stronger. It has a larger integration marketplace and deeper enterprise procurement support. 42min is the better pick if your priority is full-featured scheduling without per-seat pricing.

Calendly's free plan limits, explained
Calendly's free tier is real, and for a single person booking one kind of meeting it works fine. The limits show up when you need a second meeting type, a second calendar, or a teammate. Below is where the free plan ends (verified against calendly.com/pricing in May 2026) and what 42min includes instead.
One event type
You can draft several, but only a single event type stays active and bookable at a time. Need a 15-min intro and a 60-min deep-dive live at once? That's a paid upgrade.
One calendar connection
Conflict-checking reads from a single calendar. A second work or personal calendar means double-bookings, or a paid plan.
Calendly branding stays
The free booking page carries Calendly's logo and footer. Removing it requires Standard.
No team scheduling
Round robin, collective events, and managed event types are Teams-only. Solo use is the entire free experience.
No automated workflows
Beyond a basic confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails, SMS nudges, and workflows live on paid tiers.
No routing or webhooks
Routing forms and lead qualification, and webhooks, are gated behind Teams or add-ons.
42min has none of those limits. Run unlimited active event types, connect every calendar you own, and remove all third-party branding. Round robin, routing, reminders, and webhooks are available from the day you sign up, with no card and no tier upgrade. The screenshot below shows multi-country holiday blocking, something Calendly doesn't offer on any plan.
