What lifting the limits costs a team
Doodle charges per person. One person goes on Pro; two or more need Team, which has a two-seat minimum. Pick your team size.
A meeting poll that works from your calendar
A roundtable is built on one of your event types, so the meeting's length, location and reminders are set before anyone votes. Candidate times are painted over your real availability, and each one gets a tentative hold on your calendar until the group decides, so the winning time is still free when you book it. Mark the people who must attend as required and nothing books until they've voted. Turn on auto-book and the leading time is booked as soon as your quorum has voted.

Booking Page → event types
Doodle Free gives you one booking page. In 42min you create as many event types as you need, each with its own duration, questions and location, all listed on your booking page and each with its own link.
1:1 → secret links
Doodle's 1:1 offers one person a set of times, and the free plan allows one. A 42min secret link is a private booking URL for one invitee that stops working after they book. Generate as many as you like.
Sign-up sheet → group events
For workshops and sessions with limited seats, a 42min group event lets many people book the same slot up to a cap you set, from 2 to 9,999, and can show invitees how many spots remain.
