Pipedrive scheduling integration
42min sends every booked meeting to Pipedrive as a person and an activity with a note, and it can open a deal as well. When the meeting is canceled or rescheduled, 42min updates those same records, so your sales team never types a meeting in by hand. Included on the free plan.
Pipedrive auto synchronization
Each action below has its own checkbox in the settings.
| In 42min | In Pipedrive |
|---|---|
| New booking | Finds the person by email or creates one, then logs the meeting as an activity with a note. It can also open a deal in the pipeline and stage you pick. |
| Cancellation | Marks the activity done with [CANCELED] in its title and adds a note with any reason given. It can also move the deal to a stage you pick. |
| Reschedule | Moves the activity to the new time and adds a note. |
| No-show | Marks the activity done with [NO-SHOW] in its title and adds a note. |
| Routing form submission | Creates a lead with the answers attached, whether or not the person books. This one stays off until you turn it on. |
Pipedrive settings in 42min
One page in the dashboard controls all of it. The activity types and pipelines in its menus come from your own Pipedrive account, so a Product demo event type can log as a Demo activity while every other booking logs as a Meeting. Hosts are matched to Pipedrive users by email, so each activity and deal goes to the host who took the meeting.
