// CHANGELOG

    Changelog

Recent product updates, new features, and improvements.

    • Route to any event type in your organization

Admins building routing forms can now pick event types from across the whole organization, not just their own. Routing rules can send leads to any team member's booking page.

    • Booking calendars start the week on your local first day

The booking page calendar now begins each week on the day that matches the visitor's language and region — Monday, Sunday, or Saturday as appropriate. If the region can't be determined, the calendar falls back to a sensible default instead of showing an incorrect week layout.

    • Booked-on date filter for meetings and routing responses

You can now filter meetings and routing form responses by the date they were booked, making it easier to find bookings from a specific day or period.

    • Full-day date range filtering

When filtering by a date range, the end date now includes the entire day. Bookings made later in the day on your selected 'to' date are no longer left out of the results.

    • Personalized email sender name

Emails sent to invitees — including booking confirmations, workflow messages, and reminders — can now show your organization's name as the sender instead of a generic default.

    • Manager visibility and permissions

Managers now see the users and meetings within their assigned groups, with clear limits on what they can view versus change. Read-only and edit permissions are now consistently enforced so Managers can only modify what they're allowed to.

    • New group-scoped Manager role

You can now assign a Manager role that is scoped to specific groups, giving those team members oversight of only the users and meetings within their groups.

    • Filter meetings by host

You can now narrow your meetings list to a specific host, making it easier to find the bookings you care about. The event-type filter also now works correctly for meetings created from managed event types.

    • URL parameters captured for tracking

Booking and routing form links now capture any custom URL parameters you add, so you can pass through tracking and analytics data (like campaign or source tags) with each booking.

    • More reliable link previews for booking pages

Sharing a booking link now shows a dependable preview image. If the preview can't be generated in time, a branded fallback image is shown instead of a broken preview.

    • Org admins can manage all teams

Organization administrators can now view and manage every team in their organization, not just the ones they belong to.

    • Organization logo on routing form pages

When organization branding is turned on, routing form pages now display your organization's logo instead of the individual user's avatar, giving a more consistent branded experience.

    • Snov.io CRM integration

Connect your Snov.io account to 42min so booking and contact data flows automatically into your CRM.

    • Group + Round Robin event type

A new event type for group calls that rotates the host across your team, so hosting duties are shared evenly while invitees still book a single group session.

    • Logo shown on booking pages by default

New accounts now have "Show logo on booking pages" turned on automatically, so your branding appears on booking pages out of the box. You can still turn it off anytime.

    • Organization logo across your booking experience

Your organization's logo now appears across your public presence: on booking pages, profile pages, and team pages, as a badge beside the avatar on team booking pages, and in the header of public routing forms. You can turn this on or off with the branding setting.

    • More accurate round-robin scheduling

Round-robin meetings are now only assigned to team members during their own working hours, so bookings no longer land outside a member's availability.

    • Roundtable voting deadline enforcement

Roundtable polls now reliably stop accepting votes once their voting deadline has passed, so results reflect only votes cast on time.

    • UTM tracking for bookings and routing forms

Marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) from a visitor's link are now captured and stored with their booking or routing form submission, so you can see which campaign each lead came from. The original parameter labels are shown exactly as they arrived.

    • New Pipedrive activity type template variable

Added a {{pipedrive_activity_type}} variable you can use in templates when working with Pipedrive.

    • Notification preference for host meeting emails

You can now choose whether to receive email notifications for your own meetings from your profile settings.

    • Per-event-type Pipedrive activity overrides

When connected to Pipedrive, you can now choose which activity type gets created for each event type whenever a booking is made. Your saved overrides apply reliably and stale settings are cleared out when you update them.

    • Roundtables / Meeting polls

Propose several possible meeting times and share a link so invitees can vote on which slots work for them. Once a preferred time emerges, you can confirm it and the meeting is booked automatically. Slots respect each participant's time zone, past times can't be voted on, and individual votes are kept private.

    • Zoom video conferencing

You can now host meetings over Zoom. One-on-one events use a regular Zoom meeting, while group events automatically run as a Zoom Webinar.

    • Webhook management API

You can now create and manage webhooks to receive real-time notifications, including new booking_updated and event_type events for tracking changes as they happen.

    • Zoom integration for meetings and webinars

You can now connect Zoom to automatically create Zoom meeting links for your bookings, with support for organization-wide Zoom accounts shared across your team. Webinars are supported, including options that don't require attendees to pre-register, and alternative hosts are shown so the right people can run the session.

    • Graceful handling of disconnected calendars

If access to a connected Google or Microsoft calendar is revoked, the app now handles it cleanly instead of breaking, prompting you to reconnect when needed.

    • Link previews for shared booking pages

Booking and routing form links now show rich previews with title, description, and image when shared on social media or messaging apps.

    • Public REST API for core resources

Developers can now manage event types, bookings, contacts, and other core resources programmatically through the public REST API.

    • Admins can see all routing forms in their organization

Organization admins now have visibility into every routing form across their org, not just their own.

    • Reliable calendar disconnection

You can now always disconnect a connected calendar account, even when existing bookings reference it. Disconnecting no longer fails with an unexpected error.

    • Microsoft sign-in and Outlook calendar support

You can now log in with your Microsoft account and connect Outlook, Office 365, or Teams calendars alongside Google. 42min checks availability across all your connected calendars when generating booking slots.

    • Rich-text descriptions

Format event type descriptions with rich text for clearer, more engaging booking pages.

    • Share tab and popup widget

A new Share tab makes it easy to copy booking links and embed a popup booking widget on your own website.

    • Tags for event types

Organize and filter your event types using custom tags.

    • Account deletion

You can now permanently delete your account from settings, removing your data from 42min.

    • Refreshed brand look

New terracotta color palette, inline app logo, and softer typography give 42min a warmer, more polished feel across the product.

    • Dashboard analytics block

A new analytics block on the dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your booking activity and key meeting metrics.

    • Round-robin team settings

New per-event-type controls give team owners more flexibility over how meetings are distributed across team members.

    • Visitor context on bookings and routing responses

Admins can now see the visitor's city and country on each booking and routing-form submission — useful for spotting suspicious activity and understanding traffic origin.

    • Automatic logo from your favicon on signup

When you create a new workspace, 42min imports your website's favicon and sets it as your organization logo so your booking pages look branded from the first minute.

    • Public booking page polish

More refined design on public booking pages.

    • Unified editor for workflows and templates

Workflows now use the same editor as managed templates for a consistent experience. A new managed mode lets organization admins lock workflows for their team.
