    Calendly import

Coming from Calendly? You don't have to rebuild everything by hand. Connect your Calendly account and 42min imports your event types, schedules, and contacts so you can pick up roughly where you left off. It's on the Integrations page, under Data Import, and you'll see it during onboarding too.

    What it does

    • Connect your Calendly account (OAuth) from Integrations → Data Import.
    • Imports event types — your Calendly event types come over as 42min event types (review them afterward — durations, questions, and locations should mostly map, but check the details).
    • Imports schedules — your availability comes over as 42min schedules.
    • Imports contacts — people you've met with become 42min contacts.
    • It's an import, not a live sync — it brings your data into 42min once (you can re-run it); after that, you manage everything in 42min.

    When to use it

    • You're switching from Calendly and want a head start instead of recreating event types and hours from scratch.
    • You want your past invitees in 42min as contacts from day one.

    How to do it

    1. Open IntegrationsConnect Calendly; sign in and authorize 42min.
    2. Run the import.
    3. Review what came over — open Event Types and Availability and adjust anything that didn't map cleanly (locations, custom questions, buffers).
    4. Disconnect Calendly when you're done, or leave it connected in case you want to re-import.

    Common pitfalls

    • Treating it as a sync. Changes you make in Calendly afterward don't flow into 42min — manage event types and hours in 42min once you've migrated.
    • Skipping the review. Imported event types are a starting point, not a perfect copy — confirm durations, questions, and locations before sharing the new links.
    • Old Calendly links still circulating. People with your old Calendly URLs will still hit Calendly — update your links and signatures to the new 42min.us/<username> ones.
