    Branding and themes

Your public booking pages and routing forms can carry your organization's identity — its name, logo, and colors. Admins set this from the Admin Center: Branding for the org-level basics, Themes for the color sets.

    Branding

The Admin Center → Branding tab covers:

    • Organization name — shown across the app and on public pages.
    • Logo — uploaded image, displayed on booking pages and routing forms.
    • SMS disclaimer — the small print appended to outgoing SMS (where required).
    • Default theme — which theme new event types and routing forms use unless overridden.
Admin Center → Branding — organization name, logo, SMS disclaimer, and the default theme.

    Themes

A theme is a set of colors: background, form, accent, font, and header. Manage themes on the Admin Center → Themes tab — create as many as you like, mark one as the default, and then pick a theme per event type (the editor's Customization tab) or per routing form (the builder's Customization tab).

Admin Center → Themes — define color sets; pick one as default, and per event type / routing form override it.

    How to do it

    1. Admin Center → Branding: set the org name, upload the logo, fill the SMS disclaimer if you send SMS, pick the default theme.
    2. Admin Center → Themes: create theme(s), set their five colors, mark a default.
    3. To override per event type or routing form, use that item's Customization tab.

    Common pitfalls

    • Logo looks off. Use a clean image (transparent PNG works well) sized for a header; very large or very wide images can crop awkwardly.
    • A page isn't using the right theme. The default applies unless the event type / routing form has its own theme set on its Customization tab — check there.
    • SMS disclaimer empty but you send SMS. Some regions require disclosure text on marketing/transactional SMS — fill it in if that applies to you.
