Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It's a quick snapshot — what's on today, what's coming up, how the last month went, and shortcuts to the things you do most.
What it is
The Dashboard pulls together, from top to bottom:
- Today's meetings — a one-line "you have N meetings today" with the next one highlighted.
- Tomorrow's Agenda — your next upcoming meeting(s) with the invitee's name, the time, and a countdown.
- Quick actions — buttons to create a new event type, a new routing form, or add a calendar.
- Last 30 days — the same headline numbers you'll find on Analytics: meetings created, confirmed, rescheduled, no-show, and canceled, each with the change vs. the previous period, and a "Completed Events Trend" mini-chart. View all opens the full Analytics page.
- Share your booking links — your event types with their public URLs and a one-click Copy button, so you can grab a link without leaving the page.
When to use it
- As your daily landing page — "what do I have today / tomorrow?"
- To grab a booking link to paste into an email or chat.
- To start something new (event type, routing form, calendar connection) in one click.
- For a fast pulse check — if the 30-day numbers look off, jump to Analytics for the detail.
Common pitfalls
- "Tomorrow's Agenda is empty but I have meetings." It only shows upcoming items on your own calendar — past meetings and other hosts' meetings live on the Meetings page.
- Numbers don't match Analytics exactly. The Dashboard's "Last 30 days" is a fixed 30-day window; on Analytics you can change the date range and filter by user, so totals will differ.
-
Booking link copies the wrong thing. Each
row copies that event type's link. For your general
"pick any of my event types" page, use your
booking page
URL (
42min.us/your-username).
